Hi, I'm new here, I'm Julie and I'm from PA. I want to lose 50+ pounds ! I had 5 pregnancies - resulting in only 1 healthy one and gained weight from all of them combined. Now I have my little girl (now 2 1/2 years old) and only lost SOME of the weight. I still have alot to go ! The pregnancies I had ended in miscarriages and 2 ectopic pregnancies. I suffered some mild depression after my first miscarriage and ectopic (only a couple months apart) that's when I began gaining the weight. I was never over weight in my life until this happened with the ectopic. Then when I was pregnant with Jasmine (my little girl) I got preeclampsia (a.k.a toximia) and gained 50lbs. So that added onto the weight that I never took off from my depression = ALOT - Too Much ! So now I'm losing the weight, and feeling great ! I need motivation though, so I found this site/forum and am hoping it will give me that extra kick in the butt ! I'm looking for a buddy to give me a challenge. I love challenges ! It would be SOOO awesome to find a buddy located near to me - in PA or MD. But ANY buddy to keep me motivated and me motivate them woudl be great ! Feel free to email me, im me, or whatever. Hope to hear from someone ! P.S. I'm 25years old, married, with one child, living in PA - near the PA/MD line, and I have 50+ pounds to lose.

You will love it here. There are so many who have accomplished so much and are ready to give good advice and support. When you struggle there is always someone right there with you. Congrats on the baby!! What a blessing.
