Hi guys my name is Kristen and I am in desperate need of losing 4 stone (56lbs) I have lose a few stone in the past but put it all back on and some!

I have come to a decision that I should join one of these forums and go for it with like minded people, who are in the same boat. And this forum looked the best.

I want to be slim for New Years Eve.

*Waves* Good to know that I aint on my own, I went on the scales at Boots and I am 14 stone and 3lbs!!!! I will get weighed every week on them I think and then I will know for certain what I am losing.

Ella, Ive literally just registered after reading your post. Im in Kent, Im 33 and weigh approx 16st give or take a pound. Im 5'4 and I used to be a size 10. I turned out to be an incredibly good cook and make celebration cakes as a hobby. I have no problem drinking 2 x 3 litre bottles of fat coke a day. Ive deicded I would like to get into a size 14, as I'm currently a 20 I dont know how long this will take? But if you ever need a buddy I'm here.xxxx
