My weight has been a constant struggle, we're talking all my life here. I've tried...and tried...and so on WW, Dr. Phil, South Beach, etc. been there done that. WW is the only thing I've had any major success on, but it was a limited amount of time. I lost about 40 lbs. and plateaued and lost my motivation. Of the 40, I've gained about half of it back. I don't want anymore of it back. I'm starting a new teaching job in September and want to be able to do more things with my students, plus hubby and I have decided to take a cruise next summer for our 5th wedding anniversary.
So...I need help you guys! Should I go back on WW? Is there something else out there anyone can suggest? I've got over 100 lbs. to loose, and I know it ain't happening overnight
