Hello everyone, I am new to this board. I have slipped , I started at 286 and lost to 190

In the past two weeks I let myself eat many carb loaded foods, potatoes etc. So guess what I have gained back 14 lbs[/LEFT]. So today when I "felt" all the extra weight I made my mind up- I will never do that to myself again!
I came here hoping to keep myself motivated and on plan. I hope to motivate someone myself!
