Hi Everyone...I just joined and really need some support. My name is Sheri and i'm a sahm with 4 chidlren ages 16- 1 yr....my baby has down syndrome and is very active. I figured it's time to get in shape to keep up with her I need to lose over 100 lbs so have a long journey ahead of me. I know with support and will power on my part I can do it. I live in Western MD and am looking forward to meeting new friends.

Hi Sheri! I think you and I have a bit in common. I am a mommy to 3 kids ages 16 to 7 months, what a shock to the system that is huh! But I just joined too and I have about 60+ pounds to lose myself so that I can start to keep up with my little girl.
