Hello! My name is Jamie and I am a student in Georgia with a mission to lose about 30 pounds by fall semester.
I enjoy exercising, but it is often to hard to motivate myself to get up and go to the gym. once I'm there, however, I have no problem working out for an hour to an hour and a half.
I am a vegetarian, aspiring vegan, which I have been for almost 2 years.
I am incorporating my vegetarian lifestyle with a low-calorie diet. I am aiming for 1000-1200 calories a day, most of my calories coming from nutrient dense fruits and veggies.
any advice would be appreciated! I look forward to being a part of this community.
