Hi everyone my name is Brook I used to come to this site about 2 years ago but kinda gave up for a long while. sence then I have gotten married had another child may1st and stayed well um fat! anyways I am 200lbs my goal is 120-130 a healthy goal. I just need some help to stay seriouse this time. If anyone wants a buddy I am up for someone that I can help and that will help me. no matter what you need I think I am a good honest support person. Oh well hope to talk to some of you all soon thanks!
