I recently joined the community and am hoping to find a buddy to help me stay motivated and challenged. I in turn hope to return the favor. Reading all the postings is somewhat overwhelming. I am not sure where I should be posting with all the different forums. I am 32 years old and have about 45 pounds to lose. I just recently started counting my daily calories. I am focusing on getting my diet under control this week and I will start exercising next week. I am waiting for my Turbo Jam DVDs to be delivered on Friday--can't wait!!! Can't wait to hear from someone!!! This is such a great community--I've not seen anything like it.
