new member needs a buddy
hey girls:D
I recently joined the community and am hoping to find a buddy to help me stay motivated and challenged. I in turn hope to return the favor. Reading all the postings is somewhat overwhelming. I am not sure where I should be posting with all the different forums. I am 32 years old and have about 45 pounds to lose. I just recently started counting my daily calories. I am focusing on getting my diet under control this week and I will start exercising next week. I am waiting for my Turbo Jam DVDs to be delivered on Friday--can't wait!!! Can't wait to hear from someone!!! This is such a great community--I've not seen anything like it. |
Hi Amanda, and welcome! It's great having you here. Yes, it can be a bit overwhelming at first learning your way around the different forums and threads... but just feel free to jump in anywhere; you will find everyone very friendly. There are special sections for different interests... different challenges for exercises... support groups, etc. I am sure you will find your way around soon and make lots of neat supportive friends.
