New to site
Hi everyone! I am new to the site. I found it by accident but am looking for buddies to share my journey. My name is Patty and I am married with 2 children. I live in PA. I have been trying to change my eating habits which is helping with my general health but I have not been able to shed much weight. I take medication that makes it hard for me to lose but I still want to do it naturally and for good. Hoping to make some friends on this site as everyone sounds really supportive and nice.

Hi Patty, and welcome! You can do it! Every one of us here have probably had the same thoughts and feelings as you. BUT remember it is not based on how we FEEL -- I often still feel I can't do this... but on what we DO even when we feel that it is not working. If we are eating right and exercising the facts are that something good IS happening to our bodies.
