My weight loss plan is Weight Watchers (not a member, but have all the info), and working out at the YMCA. Now that season finales of Lost, House, and 24 are over, I'm hoping to get to the gym more frequently. I had lost about 10 lbs, but go thru phases... and I've gained about 8 of that back. I have a LOOONG way to go. I see there are several groups here... the one for 100 lbs / 1 yr caught my eye.
I really hope to make some good friends here. I always need help to try to keep me in line!
