Hi there , I am new here and need to get a diet buddy , I live in a remote town and none of my friends have to diet lucky peoples !! lol , I am 30 years old and have 3 young children 7,6 & 3 years old , I put most of the weight on having kids and now I have made my mind up that I need to lose it.
I have started my diet 1.5 weeks ago and I have lost 3 kgs which I am very proud of but still have a long long way to go ...... I would love to have someone to write to and chat with who is going through the same things

Congratulations on making the decision and losing 3kg in such a short time. I´m also 30 with 3 little ones (5, 2 and 1, all girls)! I´ve lost 42lbs in the past 6 months and am trying to lose another 15-20lbs to get to my goal weight range. Maybe we could start an international chicks group for those of us outside the US/UK.
