I am new to the site and need a buddy to help motivate me. I am 22 and in college. Although I have always been a little overweight I was very athletic up until I was 20 and then I fell off the boat. And gained alot of weight. I am trying to start working out again. It's hard! I am doing weight watchers at home. A friend gave me the books. I am setting a couple small weight goals for my self instead of 1 big goal. My first goal is 20lb. I have a horrible habit of cheating during the day and then calling off the whole day as wasted and eating whatever I want for the remainder. I need to stop doing this. Any tips for a sweet tooth and diets?
