Yeah, We might aswell stay here, We need more people, everyone just disappeared, sometimes im a guilty culprit aswell like i dont post for days on end.
So the last couple of days have gone quiet well with me, ive started drinkin homemade fruit smoothies throughout the day with only a small meal for lunch, then on a night, having something a bit larger. I dnt want to weigh myself for 2 weeks but its so hard not too. so might have to do it after a week. lol
well lets drift off the diet for a little while, whats everyone doing over the summer?. any holidays planned?.
Im down to 217. 17 more to reach my target, i really cant wait. Gonna start exercising tomorrow. basic sit ups i think, but loads better than what im doing now.
I think im gonna try posting everyday. so i can just write down what im doing, see whether it stopped me being tempted towards other things.. lol.

Thanks Ladies- My biggest problem area was always my thighs but since I have been walking I am noticing them tone and even some of the extra skin is vanishing woohoo.
Fitgal- 2 lns come and go no worries. I doubt it is even 2 pounds.
Thought id post early in the day bcoz i am very tempted just to get on my scales and i dnt want too. haha. i am gonna weigh monday i think. instead of leaving it two weeks. i will see.
Well my twin told me today that she is starting her diet, so its making me even more determine now, bcoz to start with she is 60lbs lighter than me. I just keep saying, wait til im skinny ill be wearing all your clothes. Ive always looked at her as the pretty skinny one, well thats gonna be me hahaha.
