I'm with you on the short and overweight thing! You are so right, if I gain 1 pound it looks like I've gained 5! I'm 5'1 and 149.6!! For the longest time I was lingering at 139 and then it seems like overnight I got all the way up to 149.6. My goal is to get to 120 by my birthday in September. But it always seems like it takes months for me to lose 5 lbs. I'm trying to get back on track. I started my exercise and diet on Monday and so far so good. I'm going to count calories and my exercise is going something like this:
MWF: Strength training and run 2 miles
TThSat: run 3 to 4 miles
My short term goal, which is very unrealistic, I would like to get down to 139 by May 20th. My boyfriends cousin is getting married and I have a strapless dress that I'm going to wear, and my arms look like stuffed sausages and my tummy pokes out
