Hello!
I just stumbled across this site looking for weight loss ideas and am so happy to have found it. I am in desperate need of losing weight. I am a 27 year old SAHM to two wonderful children. I would like to get my weight under control before I start having health problems. I have always had a weight problem, so I know it is going to be more of a life-style change rather than a diet. I am having trouble getting the motivation to work out because I am so depressed about my weight problem. Anyway I would love a buddy that can help keep me on track and give me some advice on shedding this weight. I look forward to "talking" with all of you!
