Hi guys, my name's Caryn. I don't think I'm really that overweight...I'm about 5'3 and 130lbs. However, I have alot of excess flab. I used to be down to a size 8, but lately I'm having to squeeze into 10's. I'd like to ditch 10-15 pounds and most of all, tone up and lose some of this gut. With the summer coming up and me living in South Florida, I'd like to try to look decent in a bikini or at least in shorts and a tank top. I'd love to buddy up with someone else in my situation! I need motivation to put down the bagel, LOL.
I have been on weight watchers for almost a year and lost 30 lbs. But I have 15 to go and am having trouble sticking with it because I don't fee THAT overweight anymore but I know I'd feel better reaching my goal. I just need some help for staying on track. I'm hoping using this site will help.
