. I'm in the search of one that fits my everyday needs using real food. My husband can eat the house and not gain an ounce, while me on the other hand, I smell the food and gain it. It's hard for me because when we cook at home, it's everything in the fridge, why we do that? I don't know know. Like for instance, yesterday, we got the BBQ going for the first time this season, and my DH wanted to cook everything, hamburgers, hot dogs and chicken. Boy, this isn't portion size now is it? Anyway, that's "in a nutshell" how my lifestyle is for now, I need to change, please help. By the way, I'm from Warren, Michigan, yourself?
