Ok here we go...week 4 already!!!! Man time flies...today is the first day giving up chocolate for me...lets see!!!!

Diet: 3 healthy meals, 1 coffee (just milk), 2 healthy snacks
Exercise: walk 2 times, gym 4 times
"fun goal": learn about vegetable gardens ( didn't do it last week)
Reward: new book
MONDAY
BF- apple sauce
L- 4oz turkey, stuffing, salad, gravy on a side dish
D-turkey, salad stuffing gravy on a side dish
s-carrots, coffee
TURESDAY
BF-apple cinnamon oatmeal (1/2 sugar and put in extra oats), coffee
L-salad, mariboli wrap from eastside marios (chicken, green and red peppers, spinach, pesto mayo which was all at the bottom!!! haha good!!!)
D- veggies and dip, whole wheat crackers-120 cals worth...
WEDNESDAY
BF-oatmeal and raisins
L-2 veggie dog, serving of crackers
S-apple
D-salad, spagetti and turkey balls
s-mini rice cakes
THURSDAY
BF-oatmeal with rasin and dried cranberries
L-turkey and salad
S-coffee
D-veggie pizza (3 small slices)
S-8 areoroot cookies (EEE) and an apple
FRIDAY
BF Oatmeal
L-pizza
S-coffee
D angel hair premavera, extra veggies,( I didn't eat much of the noodles), 1 small dinner roll
SATURDAY
Okay my goals:
Meals: 3 healthy, 2 snacks
Water: 4 glasses daily
Exercise: 4 days
Fun: finish PTSD paper (not really fun, but it will be when I'm finished!)
Reward: 2 days off of school work!!!
Monday:
Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 jello egg, bread
Lunch-nut bread
Dinner-ham, mashed potatoes and gravy, jello egg, 2 eggs
Snacks-chips and cheese, candy

hey everyone,
have posted for ages i had a busy weekend with it being easter and then for the last 3 days ive had a fever.. just seems to be gettin worse. so havent been dieting this week and it hurts to much to eat sumtimes so im just doing it when i get.
so when this clears up ill be back to joinin in again tryin to get them few extra pounds off

So im still not feeling too well, but well enough to start getting back on track with my diet.
i weighed myself today and havent lost or gained anything so thats a good thing,
ive set myself a mini goal for may day. this is my target to make me feel better.
