yeah actually, "Michelle's Plan".........hehehe........I am not trying to be sarcastic, but like a lot of people......I have followed a lot of plans. So this time I have decided to incorporate everything I have tried, learned, and wished for so I can "stick" to it. I ain't gettin any younger ya know! To be totally honest though, I will focus quite heavily on four key words: fresh, moderation, water, and movement. This hopefully will alleviate guilt for me so I really can change my life!
PS: I do enjoy core weight watchers..............
