Hello,

I am not new here but for some reason my group is no longer around. I am also from Illinois. I am 28 years old married mother of 2. I used to weight 260 pounds and now I am about 190. I have gained about 10 pounds this last month. I would love to get to know you all. I am sad that my support group has gone. Any way we can get to the weight we want if we just stick together.

Hello,

Well I have been gaining weight for about a month now. I am not sure how much I weigh. I am scared to know. I have been very depressed. I need to get my butt out and walk. I live near Peoria. I would love to join this group. I know I need the support. Maybe could do a challenge each week. I have a very bad habit of drinking Diet Soda fromn the time I get up to the time I go to bed. I know not good! I need to work on drinking my water. Ant way it was a idea. Let me know. Bye Ladys Don't give up cause we are so worth it!!!

Default diet soda

Hey if you like diet soda maybe you should try one sweetened with splenda instead of one that has aspartame in it..also if you cant do that try diet CAFFIENE free pepsi on weight watchers it is a "free" drink....0 points..

Hi Anske

Hey a lot of us understand about not wanting to fact what we weight. But that IS a really good first step. I could not believe I actually posted my weight here! Yeeks! But when you see so many others who have the courage to do it and are so supportive of one another, it makes it easier.

Hang in! And just a suggestion; swap some of that diet pop for WATER! It helps... really!!!

I have the same problem w/ too much soda! I recommend Diet 7UP, it's made with splenda and tastes a whole lot better than diet rite! Or, sometimes I made lemonade w/ splenda. (Just by juicing half a lemon and adding 3 packets to a glass of ice water.) Just a couple suggestions for ya.

Good suggestion, Susan! It does help to find your "niche" here and become involved! The exercise challenges have been especially good for me... really keep me motivated!! And makes it fun to see what we can accomplish together!
