WW is great, it really teaches you how to eat better. I don't go to meetings, I signed up for WW at Work years ago and didn't like it. Too much pressure at work and I felt like all eyes were on us all the time.
I kep the material "Winning Points", and I just started again 5 weeks ago. My husband is also doing this with me and it's great. I love to cook so now I've turned into a freak measuring and weighing everything...lol.

And I'm always looking for easy & yummy recipes.
I'm also a Cooking Light subscriber, that magazine is great. It has so much information, not just about cooking but healthy living in general. Their website is great too. Certain recipes can only be accessed if you're a subscriber, but others are free. It has definitely helped me a lot b/c their recipes list calories, fat, and fiber content which is what you need to figure out points. I love it!
