Default Hi I'm new :)

Hi, my name is Heather. I am 34 years old, happily married to Travis for almost 17 years!. We have 4 kids. Quinten will be 9 next month, Evan is 5.5, Dylan turned 4 last month and Ryanne (pronounced like ryan) turned 3 last week. I am 25-30 pounds overweight. My weight problems started after having my first baby. I also have had trouble with my estrogen level dropping really low and really messing me up.
Anyway, here I am at 160.5lbs. I hate it! I am having breast reduction surgery on May 5th and will lose a couple pounds really easily then lol..but in the mean time my hubby bought me an eliptical trainer and I love it! I am using it every night (almost) for 30 minutes. I am not on any diet but am trying to make sure I eat breakfast (something I never used to do) drink plenty of water, watch my portion sizes and not eat after dinner. I hope to make some friends with similar stuggles and also use this place as a way of being accountable if that makes sense.

Hi, and welcome. I'm sure you will find a lot of support here. Congrat's on making the decision to lose weight now, when you aren't very much over-weight. Best of Luck.

Thanks so much for the welcome! Congrats on your weight loss! I checked out your link to your post with pics. Wow, you look beautiful! I don't understand the size thing though. The only time I fit into a size 6 or 7 was when I weighed about 125 lbs. must say a lot about different body types, bone structures and height differences!
