My typical day....
Get up around 6:30 am
Work out on my stairs for about 30 min
Eat breakfast (sometimes I skip breakfast..I know it is bad but I feel sick after eating breakfast sometimes)
Kids are up....WHOA--- 5 of them....Get them dressed and ready for school except for my 3 yr old who stays with me all day
Take kids to school
come home and clean...(hardwood floors throughout my house- mopping is a regular activity here since I have a 150 lb Chocolate Lab)
by the time I am done cleaning it is time to go pick kids up from school.. I normally skip right over lunch too....
Kids are home from school and all screaming and running around....
so...I start dinner...now I dont ever skip dinner...
I usually eat a normal healthy dinner..bath time..
bed time...
and then the day starts over tomorrow...
I need help with motivation to excercise more, any tips on great excercises would be great. I also need tips to make myself eat HEALTHY. I would love any help or tips from anyone
I would like to make goals together with someone. Thanks for reading my ranting...
