Hello to all!

My name is Kristen and I have just outgrown my desire to be fat fat fat!! I have two girls 2 and 1 and they are starting to move fast than me, so off with the weight!

Married 20 years this Sept. SAHM to two beautiful little girls.

I am very serious about dropping the weight, and having close to 200 to lose, it just staggars me to actually type out how overweight I am.

So, hello, and hope to find some of my inspiration and support here!

Welcome to 3FC, Kristen! I understand the feeling to be starting at the beginning of the weight loss journey. It can be overwhelming, but also exciting! You have a new, healthier you at the end of the path. What diet plan are you going to start?

I sure understand what you mean about it feeling overwhelming when we have so much to lose! But together we can do it... just by plugging along one day at a time! Good for you for getting the motivation to get going!!! Glad you are here!
