Hello ne heree.Not ew to the life style change tho.
Hi I thought i would come check you all out. I have been on a life style change for ummmm 7 month on the 6th of April. Set 6th the day my three girls went back to school I said this is it.
I sat out at to many hotels and water parks this summer. Not wanting to get into a swim suit. First summer I have felt tht way. My girls are geting older and more active. I love to do more with them. I have bad knees and would pop and crack all the time. So I with support form some great women on another parteting site jumped in. 7 months later lots of exercise an water I am down 30 pounds. With about 38 or so more to go.
My thinking is slow and steady. Take day by day. I don't deprive myself. I figure after the weight is off I have to leaner how to keep it off.
I am here to gain more support and share if I have any. I am excited to read on ad see what all you have to say . All the stories and tip you may have to offer. Now where to begin ad where and what topic do I fit into.
BTW I have struggled all my life with weight. I am the type that if I am not moving it all stacks up. I can watch what I eat even and it still finds me
