I'm going to aim for at least 110 points in that month. :twirly: Does that seem like a lot, or not enough? How much are you guys going for? The only problem is that I won't get any points for snacking-- I am definitely not a snack person.

110 points.....up to you I guess! We have some people that are getting 40 points a week and some that are getting 80 points a week! Crazy I know, but it sure makes you want to get your butt in gear!! I have you all signed up!! |

Hey everybody - Can I join? Like the rest of us - I need all the motivation I can get! Is a pound a point and an inch a point or do they have to be together? If you exercise 45 minutes each day can you add the 5 minutes from each day together? Sorry to sound so dumb.:dizzy:

This sounds like a great way to get excited about my weight loss again. After 4 months of WW, I've gotten a little bored, so I'm in! Do I just tell you or do I need to do something else? Let me know

Coastalgirl~ we all have to try and get those 20 mins for a point, so even if you have to streach for the last 5 minutes to get the point, do it!:) We haven't had anyone add minutes from one day to the next, we just go day by day.And it is 2 points for every pound and/or inch that week!

Going to have to get in gear LOL. Wendy you are right... if I have done 10 or 15 extra minutes of exercise NO WAY am I going to not get to count it so I will go do my workout balls or something LOL. Every little bit helps! And I am FLOATING in water, ha! :) |
