Well i'm 5"4, 20 and currently about 81 kg... im looking to get to 60 before christmas.
I have no will power and shamefully eat junk all the time. I dont really like my job so i find, to get myself through the day its chocolate, coke and chippies.

I lost 3 Kg about 2 weeks ago but have piled them back on.... need help badly....

would love a friend thats going threw a tough time losing weight, to share and support with.

We've got lots of Aussies! Hmm, I don't know where any are right now, but I'll look for some Aussie threads. I think maybe there is a group under Support.

I post a lot in the Aussie Chicks thread that Jennifer posted up there, they are a very supportive and inspiring group. Feel free to join us there.

In just the couple of months I have been here I have managed to shed 15kg. That is the biggest drop I have ever managed. The stories and determination I have read about here has given me the determination to KEEP GOING!! I hope you find that here too.
