S/C/G: 173.5/166.6/115

Default Hi All!

I'm a SAHM to three from NJ. I started this long road at 196 when my 18 month old daught was born. I had gotten down to 147 but went back up to 173.5 due to my "nervous breakdown" over the months of Dec/Jan. I thought I was doing great but just found out yesterday that the scale has been giving me crazy numbers - not even sure if I wasn't heavier then 173 when I got back on track. UGH. I know I shouldn't dwell on the numbers as my clothes have gotten loser, but geez!

PS - prebabies - I was 109 my entire life. (I'm only 5'0" tall and very petite) so - I've got a looooooong way to go yet and am getting VERY discouraged.

Hey there, welcome!
I am new and think we can help each other. I am also 5'0 and was very petite then the weight started creeping up. I try not to look at the scale so much, there is a difference losing a couple lbs on a person our height to say a person who is 5'7. I look at the results. Do I feel better? Do I look better? How do my clothes fit? Of course I do weigh myself but it is not the main focus. If you ever need encouragement or just a friend I'll be here. Feel free to PM me any time. Good luck and keep us posted!
