So maybe a forum is the best way to do this

I've been trying to lose weight for a long time - two years ago, I got down to 130, but then I had some problems and gained it all right back, plus 20 pounds. Oh, yay.
Anyway, I started walking, sometimes up to 8 miles a day, and I lost 10 pounds pretty quickly, but now I'm at a new job, 8 hours a day, and when I get home I'm so tired that I usually end up going out for dinner, which is already not good, but I go out for lunch, too.
I should start taking lunch to work - healthy lunch. But we've got a fridge and a microwave, and I can't think of anything but sandwiches and soup.
If someone would be my buddy, I think that would help. You know, yell at me until I do something, because otherwise, I'll just sit and whine about it.
