    Thursday weight in has come and gone, I am not the happy person I though I would be. I was ready for my "first-week-of-new-diet" rapid weight loss (5-6 lbs) and what I got was a 3.2lbs loss. Oh, there was much wailing and consternation at my house that morning!!! So, now I am slightly discouraged and very worried that this is the best I might ever get on this diet (WW) and this is going to be a long .5 pound a week struggle.
    I thought that I was doing a good job with the points, some days I didn't use them all, and I didn't use any of the bonus points. Granted, I havent started exersising yet, and I only do well with drinking water when I am at work (3 out of 7 days). But still..3.2 pounds??!! There, ..venting complete. I feel a little better. I am now hoping that I was just bloated from too much salty V8 juice and I'll do better next week.

    How has everyone else done? I'm glad we have attracted new people! Welcome! If we keep getting bigger they might move us to a new thread, so if someday you can't find this thread I believe there is a link to click at the top of the thread page that will take you to where they moved us. I hope everyone is doing well, and I hope to hear from you all soon.

    Welcome to you and the other newbies here also! It's great to have you, and there is lots of support and friendship here! I work days but am also obviously a nightowl too since it is now 2:55 AM and here I am LOL!!!
