New to the boards!! Looking to lose weight! - 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Hello Everybody,

I'm IntriguedKi! You all can just call me KI if you'd like! I'm here after doing a yahoo search on treadmills and this site came up. I began to read some of the post in the forums and I really like it here. I am trying to lose weight. I want to lose 85 pds or more. I started my work out plans today by doing 30 mins on the treadmill. I look forward to all the the post and threads and things like that!!

It sounds like you're off to a really good start by exercising. I'm glad you stumbling upon this site. You'll love it here. The people are so supportive and some of the stories and comments that you will read are incredibly inspiring and motivating.

I too am new. This is day 1 on the diet for me so lets do it together. Unfortunately excersise & me welllllllllll thats something I am going to have to work on.
