Hi :O) I also am a newbie here . So far I've felt tons of support and encouragment from everyone here. How much weight are you wanting to lose, what program are you on, if any in particular ? I joined a ladies only gym, I feel to weird exercising with good lookin' muscled guys all around me to go to a traditional type of gym ... And as for my diet program I'm just trying to limit all sugary empty calorie foods and counting my caloric intake.. It seems ok , not quite the same amazing results as I got from doing The Atkins plan... Good luck !!
