Come and join us for game #2 of beat the bulge!!
This game works on a point system and whoever wins will be honored with their own congratulatory thread and persuaded to do some thing nice for themselves as a gift!
Here is the point system we have been working with:
Exercise: 1 point for every 20 minutes(no 1/2 points allowed)
Water: 1 point for every 1/2 gallon/2 litres/64 oz's
Meals: 1 point for every healthy meal(maximum 3 meals)
Snacks:1/2 point for every healthy snack
Pounds/inches lost: 2 points for every pound and/or inch lost!
Because there are some of us that eat 5-6 smaller meals a day we will use the first 3 meals as full points and the 2-3 other meals as snacks(1/2 point) to keep it fair to everyone.
Game #2 will start on March 13/06 and will be going for a 1 month time span, so please be sure to sign up! It will be held in the support groups section under Beat the Bulge~Game#2.We will be taking new members until 5pm cental Sunday march12/06,don't be late!
