I am ready to do this!!! I would like to weigh in on Fridays but we can skip this one (Feb.24) and do the next one.!! I am excited to just get this done! What are you all doing for exercise? I am trying pilates and walking. (I am not to good at being consistant) I would like to do 30min. a day to start out. Did it today, but we will see about tomarrow.LOL!
For cardio right now I am walking.....definatly will kick it up to jogging when the weather gets better. I excercized today was very happy with myself.
