Wink Still Looking for a buddy

Hi my name is Tina. I am 26 years old and have about 30 more pounds I would like to loose. I have three children and stay at home. I am not on any specific plan I just am trying to be healthier in my choices and make exercise a must. I would love to have a buddy to help me and vice versa. I think I could be a real help to you. Keep up the great work!! I also have about 30 more lbs to lose. I'm not on any specific plan either, just upped my cardio exercise, and watch my portion sizes. If you want to buddy up we could help each other through to the end. (and then continue on in the maintnance stage!)

I am 32 yrs old, married, no kids, 2 dogs. I have many jobs, (babysit neice and nephew, teach piano, teach beading, sell jewelry, play organ for church) but nothing full time. I have really been doing great since the new year, but each day is still a struggle to stay on track. Could use support/motivation.

I don't do anything specific but watch what I eat and exercise. I can't stick to any certain diet and this seems to work for me. You are not that for from losing 37 pounds keep it up and you will be there before you know it. About how many times a week do you work out and for how long?
