Default Looking for a buddy

I need a buddy. I have been changing my life style (dieting) since September, and I have rolled around at my current weight for about two months. I weighed today and I have gained 5 pounds since last Tuesday. I'm so frustrated, but I have stopped drinking my water and started drinking caffeine free beverages.

I want to get back on the wagon, but I need some help. Is there anyone out there that wants to pal up with me? I am exercising (grudgingly) four times a week.

How have you been eating? Maybe we can find you some threads to just jump right into.

Hi Kathyg. I struggle with getting enough water. I like diet coke but know that water would be better. I'm doing South Beach. I feel like I'm losing a few pounds off and on but today I weighed-in and have gained 2 back! I hate the scale. I think I'll stop using it an go by how my clothes fit and how I feel. I'll be your pal if you still want one. )

Hi Kathy,
I myself have been stuck in rut for about 3 months after a weight loss of 35lbs. Don't worry. My problem was I think I got bored with what I was doing and just needed a change. So I have scrambled up my routine and it seems to be helping. Try a new recipe for meals. Or a different exercise in workout routines. Or just hire a really hot personal trainer...lol...just getting to look a hot personal trainer is motivation for me...lol...The point is keep it exciting. That way you don't get bored and never give up. Remember...we are all worth it. No matter what others may say
