Default I need a buddy! Badly!!

Hey guys thought i would post again looking for a dedicated buddy. Im 25 and looking for someone who will motivate me to stay on the course and Ill do the same. Im really just starting out again so this is usually the time where i fall off the dieting wagon.
BTW I have yahoo and on that more then on here if its easier to chat through there. Hopefully I hear from some of you soon

Hi! I undersand about a need for a kick in the pants. No one in my life really gets my need for a little help. (to be honest I really wouldnt take thier constructive criticisim that well anyway :-) )

I am needing a buddy to,. I just found this site today,,,,,I need lose some weight, Undecided on a diet.....just full of questions and hoping to find the diet for me any help would be great!!!

Maybe we can start like a short term weight loss challenge to motivate each other. I got on the scale yesterday morning and didnt lose a pound. So maybe something like that will motivate me. Anyone wanna join me?

Maybe like a St Patrick's Day challenge. Thatll give us some time to lose some weight. I got my new St Patricks day tracker up check it out!

okay, I am game, lets shoot for 10 or 15 lbs of weight loss by then,,,,,,, that is 6 weeks.

Im going for 11 cause that will take me down to 220. Plus if i exceed it, it will be better.

To AvsGirly: I'd be happy to be your buddy. I have to ask what exercises are you are also doing with the diet. I'll hold you accountable - so you may not want me to be your buddy . I have one 'getting healthy' buddy that I meet at the Y on Mondays only, and stay in touch via e-mail the rest of the time. I do understand life can get in the way. This is your LIFE. I have a 1 year old and I want to be the best example to her of what healthy is and being 229 (was 235 just 2 weeks ago & also smoked then) isn't a healthy example. So I quit smoking Noon today two weeks ago and have lost 6 pounds. I am on my way to being healthy. Nett
