Hi Everyone.
I am Lynda from australia.
I am a married mum of 42(next week) with 2 children and an angel boy in heaven.I work part time in a department store.
I have been over weight all of my life and hopefully on the road to a new me.
At the moment I am 106 kilo's(was 134)and I am hoping to get down to the 80's(hopefully).
I have been losing weight slowly and hope to lose more.
I have been making healthier choices and have a new way at looking at food.
I am hoping to make heaps of friends here and hope to encourage one another.
By the way..........I HATE EXERCISE!!!!!!!!.........Hoping to change that soon.

I'm from Australia too, there are a few Aussies in the forum now. Congratulations on your weight loss so far, you are doing great. And such a great goal too. I too hated exercise, but now look at it as a way to chill out for a couple of hours an dto get away from the stesses of family life, as well as doing something for myself.

Hi fellow Aussie....this is my first time ever on a chat site so I am hoping I am "doing it right"". I too hate the exercise thing and probably always will. I have been on the diet all my life and still am not at my goal...I must be doing something wrong eh!!!I am proud of myself though and lost 45kg but I managed to find 20kg of it and would love some support to help me lose it again. I am from Queensland, Sunshine Coast and would love somebody to email me back as soon as possible so I know I am in the site...thanks...leeny
