Hey gals.... I am lookin for a buddy to get in shape and accountable with! I am getting some new workout dvds soon and I want to do them as much as possible and as much as I need to to drop these 40 pounds! I am 5'4" and 168 pounds and I wanna get back to 130 to 125 again! eek! I am 23 yrs old and well, doggonit!!! I'm gonna lose this weight! I'm really into kickboxing dvds or running or whatever! Later TATORS! (Maybe not tators, too many carbs... celery sticks? I dunno... sumpin healthy... mmmkay?)
I'm originally from Willard, MO. I used to work in Springfield. But that was before I got married and moved in 2000. I'm 27 and now live in Holden, MO. Which is about 2 1/2 hours North of Springfield. About 30-45 minutes southeast of Kansas City. I'm 6 ft tall. My ULTIMATE goal is to lose around 100 pounds. I joined Curves.

Or you could try the exercise threads. There's even threads for specific numbers of pounds 30, 100, more than 100.
Well, I find that what works best for me is to get high protein w/ some good carbs and fats... I think I will try to stay away from processed, fast and sugary foods. I have pretty much kicked the soda habit, so that is no big deal. I just need to kick the chocolate habit now... gotta work on that. I also drink a lot of water, so I think I'm good on that. I do howerver need to kick my coffee habit at work. I also need to quit drinking milk... I only have it with cereal, and that is a habit I need to kick too, so both need to go! Have a wonderful day ladies! Remember two things today... exercise can be just as addictive as chocolate and nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!
