Just starting!!

  • Hi... I am just starting back on this weight loss journey. Began going back to weight watchers this week. I am trying to get down to 200 lbs, thats my first goal. Anyone else that has a large amount to lose, I would love to buddy up!!

    I lost alot of weight...169 1/2 pounds. I know how you feel physically & emotionally. I still have 2 goals to meet; to lose 35 more pounds then 15-20 more after that.

    I believe in you! Once you hit that 200lb. mark....you'll say, "WOW! I did it!" Motivation is the key to success, well one of them. Stay positive, stick to your exercise regiment, eat right/healthy and drink water. You'll notice a difference within a week or two. I promise! Questions? Just ask away.

  • Congrats on your success so far!!! Thats GREAT!! Keep up the good work! I've got about 85 lbs I want to lose too. We can do it!! Just stay strong! I'd love to buddy up!
