new here-weight question
Hi I'm new the site and have some questions. First, just a little info, I'm 5'3 and usually weigh between 117 and 119. My weight doesn't fluctuate too much. I count calories and try and stay at about 1200 during the week. Weekends I allow myself to eat/drink whatever I want.
Anyway, I seriously had thought I gained about 5 lbs over the holidays, my jeans have felt a little snugger. But every week I weigh myself and I'm still at 118 consistently. I've tried other scales too.
So I'm just wondering why my pants would feel tighter yet I haven't gained any weight? Has this happened to anyone?
(One more question - how many pounds do you subtract when you get weighed with jeans, sweatshirt, and shoes on? - like at the dr office)
