I am 40 years old and I have 4 children. I have lost weight many times over my lifetime, but I have always put it back on. I am trying Weight Watchers again. I lost about 30 pounds on it a couple of years ago. I have discovered that if I quit exercising and I start eating whatever I want, the weight comes back on FAST! My goal this time is to change my eating for good and exercise everyday. Any help, advice or motivation would be great.
