New here and looking for support

  • Hi! Im a 24 year old stay at home mom to a almost 2 yr old little girl. I am currently 305 pounds and my goal is to atleast get down to 200. According to my height and stuff I should weigh no more than 160 lbs. I doubt I can get down to that but I would love to get down to atleast 200. I am the worlds worst at sticking with things. I have been on a diet since jan 5th. I have also been going to my mother in laws and walking every day on the treadmill. I walk about 30 mins on it at 2.5-2.8 mph and end up walking 1.31 miles and burning roughly 145-150 calories. I have recently lost 5 lbs and Im hoping it will stay off. The dr put me on a 1200 calorie diet. Im trying my best not to give up and not to give into temptation. I really need the support. Like some of the others I recently back in May had my Gallbladder taken out. I was keeping a 30 lb weightloss (from being pregnant) off until then. Then I gained it back.

    your doing really well with ur excercise i also use a treadmill but dont do it every day, im seriously lacking in motivation and willpower.

  • As long as you eat less and move more you'll do fine. Hey! You already are doing that! You're well on your way.

    Don't get too mixed up with where you'll end up. There's plenty of time to think about that when it's closer. For now, you're doing great.
