This is my first time here and it has been 20 years since I dieted etc. Don't do well with diets but exercise is something I know will work. Been in a sedentary lifestyle too long but just ordered a program I saw on TV and when researching it I came upon 3FC site and here I am. Anything with dancing and rock and roll will be fun, no matter what happens.
