HI EVERYONE!!!!!!!! I'm Wendy and have been posting here for about a week or so. What a fantastic site this is. I have found a few people that I have really connected with and we're on our way supporting each other along the way. I have found a really great way to keep myself not only motivated, but it makes me more accountable for everything I eat and how much exercise I get in a day. I have started my own blog. My family lives thousands of miles away and its a good way for them to support me along the way. I also found a fantastic journal to help me everyday as well. Its called "Dietminder" personal food and fitness journal. It has a place for everything you consume and do in a day. Even a place to mark off the dreaded water we should drink per day. I am not on any particular program, I'm just watching my calories and fat grams. I find thats what works best for me. I like so many others have tried it all just about and have lost weight this way before and its an easy lifestyle to live with. I will be posting on my site daily thoughts and recipes and hints and tips. I hope its not only helpful to me but to anyone who would like to take a peek.
