I'm 23 5' even 205lbs. I really gained weight after my mom died. I've been unhappy with my weight for most of my life. My thinnest was when I was 17 and I weighed 128. I worked out every night back then. I have tried working out, the Atkins diet, cutting calories, and an all natural diet. I just can't find the motivation that I had before to keep up with most of them. I was told by a doctor not to do Atkins (it was messing with my health) but the others were my fault. I am REALLY badly wanting to at least lose some noticeable weight this year.
