Cool Chica Chica Boom Boom, a little less boom in my chica please.

Well the New Year is here and I want get rid of my dragon tush thankyouverymuch!

I'm always happy to get all the support I can get. I don't get rid of the flub easily. I have joined a gym and plan on going 3x weekly starting next week. Its Ladies Express Workout ( a curves spin off) and so far it looks to be just what I need. I've also started to eat healthier .....although portion control is more my problem as well as inactivity.

Anyway, look forward to 'hearing' from others who need a swift kick in the derrier.

Hey and Welcome! I'm Yvonne (still kinda new here myself) I've always had a problem with portion control and inactivity too.
But, this is a great place to get support and good ideas.
How much are you looking to loose? I found it easiest to set up mini goals for myself. Right now I'm working on 30 lbs. by April 1st with support from some ladies in the support forum in the loosing for April Fools group.
You're welcome to join us in the challenge if you like.
Good Luck and hope to talk to you soon.

Hi Ladies,
Dragontush Why that name?? I would love to know.
I too am a portion control amature. I have never had a good grip on that one. I am now very active and hope that I can get a grip on portion so I can lose these pesky pounds. I am trying to be possitive even though I know this is going to be a hard struggle.

FiggyKitty......You can look at my name two ways.....I have been known to be a HUGE pain in the butt at times.....you could say of draconian proportions

or

I HAVE a really huge butt

Either explanation is true......I figure even when I lose the Tush....I'll still be a pain and can therefore still keep this nic.
