Well, another year has rolled around and not much has happened weight loss wise since the last time I was on these boards and I'm ashamed to say that was back in February of last year
At one point last spring I joined Weight Watchers online and managed to lose about fifteen pounds although I've gained all but seven pounds of it back. I don't know what is wrong with me! I know what it takes to lose weight... making right food choices, exercising regularly, drinking water, I just don't know how to make it stick! My MIL is also trying to lose weight and I am hoping we can motivate one another, the only problem is we both have HUGE sweet tooths. I just need some daily or atleast weekly motivation to help keep my self in check and to be held accountable. Any tips, success stories, kick in the rears or motivation in general would be helpful!
