Default Semi New Here

I joined awhile ago and didn't really focus on losing weight or finding a diet. I've gained alot of weight(I'm up to 255lbs). I wasn't thin to begin with I'm 5'2and weighed around 160-180. My blood pressure is high and so I am looking to lose weight so that I am healthier. The medecine I am currently taking has caused me to be very depressed. I am engaged, but I have no idea where that stands with him anymore. I am way stressed and even though I haven't started a plan yet I am proud to say that I haven't ate away my problems. So I think that's a pretty good start. I don't like to start things on Monday's, Tuesday feels like a Monday to me as I have been on vacation since the 23rd, so I will start on Wednesday.

Here's to 2006 and a new me
